COVID-19 Update

The Physicians at Visalia Family Practice consider the health and safety of our patients and our team members a priority. The COVID-19 situation continues to evolve rapidly and we are adapting our practices and policies accordingly to keep our patients and community safe. The Policies we have implemented are designed to minimize the risk of exposure to our Employees and Patients and effectively respond to any threats should they occur.  During these trying times we will continue to remain open to serve the needs of our patients.

COVID VACCINATION UPDATES

We are encouraging our patients to receive the COVID-19 vaccine when it is available to them.

Administration of the vaccine is not  currently provided at this office.

Vaccine distribution is currently being managed by Tulare County Public Health on a priority basis. Please visit their website by clicking the vaccination info button at the bottom of this page.

TELEHEALTH VISITS ARE AVAILABLE

Your provider may offer telehealth visits to minimize exposure if appropriate. You are encouraged to ask about our Telehealth appointments at the time of booking and/or confirmation of your appointment.

RAPID TESTS NOW AVAILABLE FOR ESTABLISHED PATIENTS

Testing reserved for symptomatic patients only. Please call the office to determine if testing is available for you.

UPDATE: 9/01/21

Due to an increasingly high demand of COVID testing, our current supply of Rapid Tests has been delayed. Visalia Family Practice is in frequent contact with our supplier to get updates on our shipments. Visalia Family Practice is eager to offer this convenient service to our patients as soon as we are capable. In order to meet the demands of the community as it relates to COVID testing we can still offer visits as it relates to testing.

COVID tests are available for purchase at retail pharmacies in our area. An appointment can be made and we can administer the test at our practice should you require physician certification of the results.

Please call our office for directions at 559-625-9200

** Please note: Tests brought to the office must be unopened in order for the results to be certified.

You may also schedule testing at Kaweah Delta sites via the following link:
